If you are having problems using the secure order
form, it is probably due to a browser compatibility issue. Below, We have provided an
"easy to follow" list of browsers and their compatibility/solution.
If you DON'T know what browser version you are currently using:
On your browser's top title bar, select "help"
From that window, select "about"
You will then see your browser's name and version at the top of the page
Write this information down and go here to see if
it is compatible
Thawte SSL certificates are compatible with all recent browsers, including Microsoft
Internet Explorer 4.x and Netscape Communicator 4.x. Thawte maintains a browser
compatibility
list here. More than 90% of the web browsers in use today will accept a Thawte certificate
as
proof of a web sites identity.
Older browsers (in particular Navigator 3.x) may need a quick adjustment before they
connect
cleanly. Unlike VeriSign SSL certificates, which will be rejected by many new browsers on
Jan 1st 2000, your Thawte certificate will not change its trust profile in the year 2000,
ensuring smooth
continuity for your online transactions over that crucial time. Thawte certificates are
also compatible with all current releases of commercial and freeware web servers
supporting SSL.
Check below to see if your browser is compatible. If it is not
immediately compatible but can be made to be, simply click on the respective hyperlink.
That will take you to the proper page within the Thawte web site where you will find the
solution. All these solutions are very simple to implement and take very little time to do
so!
Note: E-Commerce has brought with it new technologies that are
ever changing. Unfortunately, some are not backwardly compatible. E-Commerce is here to
stay as is Thawte Security Technology. alessikitchenware STRONGLY recommends that you
continually upgrade to the latest version of your favorite browser in order to be
compatible with these new technologies.

Users of Netscape Navigator 3.x browsers that
support Thawte should definitely follow these instructions to roll
over to the 4.x set of Thawte roots. If you don't, you will receive "Expired
